“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 (New International Version)

It had been announced by the prophets (Isaiah 42, 49,50 y 53, Zechariah 6, Zechariah 9:9-13, Jeremiah 33:14-18, Hosea 3:5); Emmanuel, God with us, He who shall restore God´s kingdom, the Prince of Peace. Men expected him to be born at a palace with noble bloodline, though He was born at a small town with the bloodline of the Holy Spirit. Men expected Him to be embraced by the richness of a palace, though he was embraced by those rich at heart.

Without even knowing it, all of God´s creation praised the coming of the greatest King that day. God invited a few chosen ones to see the greatest gift to men. (more…)
