“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”  2 Corinthians 5:17 (New Living Translation).

In regards of the new life Jesus offers, He expects it to actually be totally new; and not a mix between the past and the new. The key to having a life totally new is to believe with all your heart that it’s about Jesus, not about you. When the life of Jesus is given to new believers trough faith, they are also given the power to be like Jesus. Not by human strength but by the resurrection power of Jesus.    (more…)

 When I was a child, I liked to watch at the clouds for prolonged time, just there contemplating the clouds. Later, with my daughter I had more opportunities to continue enjoying that celestial and majestic dance. Still today, I fascinate when contemplating the immense sky created by Our Lord. decked out with their cloudy beautiful formations. The imagination overcomes its free flight and far more, this among them. Thy show off what appear: battles, faces, forms of animals, trees, ships, landscapes”. and any possible formation running trough my mind. What beauty, my Lord.!.

In the face of similar stateliness my soul bursts in commendation, as well the psalmist expressed it: O LORD our Lord, how excellent is your name in all the earth! who have set your glory above the heavens”. (Psalm 8:1 KJ2000). (more…)

If somebody had told me what the LORD was going to do trough me when I got saved, I just would not have believed it. I was not what you would consider good material or at that time “usable”. In my conversion I was not sure if I would ever have a normal life, this for consequences of my previous life. The LORD entered fully in my life and gave me the promise of restoring my life and being His witness (Isaiah 43 and 42). (more…)

Sometimes it seems like the situation we are living is so hard and no one else faces situations as hard as the ones we got to face.

The thing is that when problems hit our life, our emotions and feelings make us believe that our world is falling apart and that there is nothing to be done.

We are living a story written by God himself, the same God that once looked for us when we were lost. He found us, He called us, and He forgave all of our sins and gave us a new opportunity in life.

In that same moment God commenced to reedit our story, he started to write every chapter in a way He considered perfect and whole, maybe at a times we will feel that what we are living is stronger than we are, but the reality is that God already tested your endurance and knows how much you can handle.
