Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.” Isaiah 41: 10 (NLT)

At some point in our lives we all have felt afraid and more than once we have felt alone.

There are moments in life where it seems like God is hidden, times where no matter how hard we pray; it seems that He does not hear or does not want to answer us. (more…)

“Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.” Isaiah 53:4-5

The most common mistake of missing out God´s blessings is not to dimension accurately what Jesus did on the Cross. Jesus not only paid the price of salvation for all humanity, but for them to be whole, healed an at all times in peace. Nevertheless to receive it, we have to believe it. (more…)

Why do I believe? Sometimes , I just don’t know why; but I move forward because I’m used to it. I have clung to believe that He will renew my being, and that finally; I will do  the generational change.  It has not been easy for I have learned to let go people and habits that I loved. 2 Corinthians 5:7 “That is why we live by believing and not by seeing” (NLT)

I consider myself one of God´s favorites; for He has allowed me to receive all of his promises by believing in Him with all my heart. In His word I found all the strength and braveness that I needed. I look back 5 years ago, and all I see is a lost being that found a light in the darkness, that led his path to freedom.

I discovered that the only way to get God´s favor is to walk by faith. I believed in what it could not be seen, I had to believe that it was not only a dream that experience of salvation. I had to believe the Lord spoke to me; even though people called me a nut. I learned that having faith is not exactly thinking, but going forward when you see nothing at all.

Believing in God is holding tight with all your heart to the freedom you received, and facing the fears that poison your soul. Believing in God means obedience, and leave behind our sinful nature. I learned to surrender totally to His plans, and allowed Him to take me to the promise land. I learned that after pain, comes a hug of our loving Father.  (more…)

“A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want (lack) as an armed man.” Proverbs 6:10, 11

Have you ever felt that life is like a maze? I bet that these days you have had a hectic schedule full of stress. But do you know that life is more than that? Life is such a treasure. We need to discover a new thing each day. When Jesus gave us a new life, he gave one without stress; on the contrary, it has a peace incomparable.

Take one minute to remind that God has everything under control. I don´t know what your duties are. Maybe you are about to collapse. Take a breath and pray for all those things you have in mind.

I must be sincere and confess that I lived the same you lived. Once I had to do a task that seemed a monster alive. My brains did not work out and the time passed quickly. (more…)
